Dani & Steve’s Newton Park Farm Wedding | August 2024
Some wedding days unfold like poetry and Dani & Steve’s late-summer celebration was exactly that. Set against the peaceful backdrop of Newton Park Farm, their day was full of meaningful moments, timeless countryside charm, and the kind of joy that’s impossible to stage. From a relaxed morning with Dani and her girls to dancing under twinkling barn lights, this was a wedding full of soul.

Bridal Prep at the Farm
The day began in one of Newton Park Farm’s cosy guest rooms, where Dani got ready with her closest friends. The atmosphere was a mix of calm and excitement mimosas were poured, music was softly playing, and laughter echoed as the morning light poured through the old farmhouse windows.
Dani wore a stunning flowing gown with lace detail and soft tulle layers that moved beautifully with every step. Her hair was styled in loose waves, finished with a delicate floral crown made from wildflowers picked to match her bouquet. Her bridesmaids wore mismatched dresses in soft blush and sage, each one adding to the dreamy, relaxed vibe of the morning.

The Church Ceremony
A short drive through the rolling countryside brought us to a charming little village church, where Steve waited at the altar with nervous excitement. He looked effortlessly cool in a pale grey suit with a linen waistcoat and pocket square—classic with a relaxed twist.
The church was filled with flowers, soft light, and the gentle murmur of guests greeting one another. As Dani walked down the aisle, the entire room seemed to hold its breath. Their ceremony was heartfelt and intimate, filled with smiles, a few happy tears, and a rousing singalong to a hymn that had everyone on their feet.
After the confetti toss outside the church (one of those iconic moments!), guests made their way back to Newton Park Farm for the party to begin.

Reception at the Barn
Back at the farm, guests were welcomed with chilled drinks and lawn games while a folk duo played acoustic covers under the trees. The barn had been transformed into a warm, inviting space with long banquet tables, wildflower arrangements in vintage bottles, and hundreds of fairy lights overhead.
Dani and Steve arrived to cheers and hugs, and we snuck off for some portraits in the golden wheat fields just beyond the barn. With the sky glowing and the couple wrapped up in the moment, the images practically took themselves.

Dinner, Speeches & Dancing
Dinner was a relaxed sharing-style feast served on wooden boards and rustic crockery nothing stuffy, just seriously good food enjoyed in good company. The speeches had everyone laughing (and crying especially during Dani’s dad’s toast), and the love in the room was unmistakable.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, the fairy lights came into their own. The couple’s first dance in the middle of the barn surrounded by friends and family holding sparklers was pure magic.
From there, the dancefloor stayed full into the night. Whether guests were tearing it up to old-school disco, hanging out by the fire pit with a drink in hand, or grabbing one last slice of pizza from the food truck parked outside, there was a sense that no one wanted the night to end.
